NWF Men Dominate at Home

NICEVILLE, Fla. – Four Raiders scored in double figures as No. 8 Northwest Florida State took down Holmes, 88-48, in Raider Arena on Saturday.

Tre Clark went 6-of-9 from the field and 3-for-6 from three-point range to lead NWF. Issa Muhammad turned in his eighth double-digit scoring performance of the year with 12 points and five rebounds. Kam Woods and Brennan Rigsby added 10 points each in the victory.

The Raiders (13-1) outscored Holmes 50-14 in the paint and won the rebounding battle 41-23. As a team, NWF shot 58.1 percent (36-62) and got 43 points off the bench.

Northwest Florida got off to a hot start taking a 47-22 lead on 60.6 percent shooting into the halftime break. In total, 12 Raiders got into the scoring column.

NWF returns to Raider Arena on Dec. 16 with a 7:30 p.m. tip against Coastal Alabama – South.
