Northwest Florida State outfielder Abby Sulte was named National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American the organization announced this week.
Sulte, a native of St. Petersburg, Fla., earned second team honors after she hit a Region VIII-best 20 home runs and drove in 67 runs, second-most in the region. She led the team with an .871 slugging percentage and was 31st in the country with 148 total bases.
On the season, Sulte batted .435 with a .503 on-base percentage.
In her career at Northwest Florida, she has collected 31 home runs and 117 hits.
