Oregon State lands class of 2022 shooting guard Lily Hansford

On Thursday, 6-foot-2 multifaceted shooter Lily Hansford from Appleton, Wisconsin announced her commitment to Oregon State University @BeaverWBB. Hansford chose Oregon over offers from Utah, Illinois, Kansas State, Colorado, and a few others. Hansford is coming off her junior year averaging 13.1 points per game, shooting 45% from the field and 43% from downtown. She averages 4.6 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.5 blocks per game. The sharpshooter is a key addition to head coach Scott Rueck’s @CoachRueck roster.

Hansford @LilyHansford @flightelitebb, class of 2022 is a nationally ranked player by the World Exposure Report. The left handed versatile player is a sniper from the perimeter and has fluid, very disciplined shooting form. Hansford will carry her talents from Appleton East High School all the way to the west coast after graduating, in hopes to make a large impact while wearing a Beavers uniform.
