World Exposure Report’s 2021 Sophomore of the Year Chanaya Pinto signed with the University of Oregon on Tuesday. The 6-foot-1 two-time NJCAA all-American comes from Northwest Florida State College. Pinto was named World Exposure Report First Team All-American on in April after she led Northwest Florida to a 20-2 record and paced the team with 14.4 points per contest. In addition, Pinto led Northwest Florida to its first-ever NJCAA women's basketball national championship as a sophomore in 2020-21 while earning NJCAA second-team all-America honors. She was a third-team NJCAA all-American as a freshman in 2019-20.
