The NJCAA has made the difficult decision to cancel all upcoming backsetball championships, spring sports competition for the remainder of the academic year.

After hearing the news, I suddenly became sad for the student athletes and coaches will not have the opportunity to play in these Tournaments. For many, these tournaments is an opportunity for two-year players to have their recruiting go up tremendously. I strongly feel that this year's NJCAA Division 1 women's basketball tournament could have been one by several teams compared to years passed. 

That being said, congrats to all of the teams and players that made the tournament. You are all National Champions!!!!
